The terms "you" and "your" refer to any person using the Services - including clients/consignors placing bookings, authorised representatives of a business client, and vendors/driver-partners registered on our platform.

Full name, mobile number, and email address
Business/company name, GSTIN, and billing address (for B2B clients)
Pickup and drop addresses, consignment details, and vehicle preference
Payment and billing details (processed through third-party payment gateways; Navique does not store card numbers)
Any information shared with our team via call, WhatsApp, or email while requesting a quote or raising a support query

b) Information we collect from vendors/driver-partners:

Name, contact number, vehicle registration and category, driving licence, and vehicle ownership/registration documents, collected solely to verify and onboard vendors onto our network

c) Information collected automatically:

Usage data such as pages visited, time spent, and device/browser type when you use our website
Location data during an active trip, where relevant to dispatch and tracking a booking
Cookies and similar technologies used to operate and improve the website (see Section 6)

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information beyond what is reasonably necessary to fulfil a booking, verify a vendor, process payment, or provide support.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Generate instant fares or prepare and share quotes for your requested vehicle category
Dispatch your booking to an appropriate registered vendor and coordinate pickup/delivery
Process payments, generate invoices, and maintain billing records
Respond to support queries, complaints, or claims
Communicate booking confirmations, dispatch updates, and service-related notices
Improve our Services, pricing accuracy, and vendor allocation
Send you offers or updates about our Services, where you have not opted out

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

With vendors/driver-partners: limited details necessary to complete your booking (name, contact number, pickup/drop location). We do not share more than what is operationally required, and we encourage clients and vendors to route all further business exclusively through Navique Express.
With payment processors: to complete transactions securely.
With our internal team: sales, operations, and dispatch staff who need the information to service your booking.
For legal reasons: where required by law, court order, or a valid request from a government or regulatory authority.
In a business transfer: if Navique Express is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to confidentiality safeguards.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet or stored on our systems.
